The family-run company is not only a family-run company because it is managed by the company owner, but also because of the family sense that is lived by us.

This is not only valid when dealing with our employees, but also when dealing with our customers and suppliers.

MANTZ – a close knit company

The entrepreneur family Mantz is able to look back on a successful tradition of more than 65 years.

The brothers Erhard and Wolfgang Mantz have been managing the company since 1986, after it was passed down from their grandfather and their father. Until 2000, the main objective of the company was the development, production and sale of packaging. After a transitional period until 2006, the year in which it was established, MANTZ airmotions has had the exclusive target of developing, producing and selling of room scents. In addition to a high degree of fragrance competence, a creative product design and attractive packaging, all developed in house, also play a superordinate role. The corporate group with its production sites in Solingen, Germany and Ustka, Poland, sell and distribute throughout Europe in the private label market, on behalf of the most renowned trading companies, supermarkets, drug stores and discounters, in addition to the brand article manufacturers Melitta and Vorwerk that have been our partners for years. The reliability and speed coupled to an optimal price-performance ratio has made us one of the leading manufacturers in the European room scent market.

Our responsibility towards society – CSR Corporate Social Responsibility

The development and sale of our products faces MANTZ with a corporate social responsibility with regard to everything from the actual business activity to ecologically relevant aspects and the relationship with the employees and the communication with all of the external partners, with whom the company comes into contact.

Our behaviour towards our employees, all of the external partners and the users of our products is important as far as we are concerned. This is why our behaviour towards these groups is defined in the strategies of each of the departments.

The most important basis for this is a fair behaviour towards all of the partners that is based on a partnership. We encourage our employees and suppliers from a quality, reliability and price-performance ratio point of view, in order to arouse enthusiasm for our products. MANTZ is luxury for everyone, resulting in a special quality at an optimal price. Our ultimate aim is ensuring that our customers benefit from reliability and quality. We last but not least validate and confirm this with important certifications and commitments:

  • Certification according to DIN EN 9001:2015 and DIN EN ISO 14001:2015
  • Certification according to IFS HPC 2 (Scope 2): with this certification in accordance with the “International Featured Standard for Household and Personal Care (IFS HPC), we are displaying our product safety and quality along the entire process chain, the special focus being on the safety of the end user.
  • Member of the BSCI community initiative. We participate in the “Business Social Compliance Initiative” (BSCI).
  • The code of conduct defines social rules that orientate themselves towards the labour standards of the International Labour Organization (ILO), the United Nations Declaration of Human Rights and the Rights of Children and the OECD Guidelines.
  • Participation in the A.I.S.E. charter for sustainable cleaning. By participating in the charter, we commit ourselves to sustainability that is based on the ecological, economical and social action balance. A careful use of resources is a matter of course as far as we are concerned.
